Ortolab Individual. The customer’s feet are scanned by store staff using a 3D iPad scanner. The process only takes a few minutes. After this, the ”feet” are transmitted digitally to our production facility in Norrland, northern Sweden. There, the insoles are moulded to the customer’s feet by Ortolab’s orthopedic technicians. After a week the insoles are finished and ready to be delivered to your customer via the store.
