Osteomyelitis

Are you experiencing pain on the inside or front of the shin? This may be due to an overstressed lower leg, specifically in the part where muscles and tendons attach to the tibia. This is usually called osteomyelitis, but it is actually an overexertion injury. It is common to feel stiff upon walking after sitting for a long time, where the first steps are painful but stiffness gradually disappears as movement is resumed. If you have walked a lot during the day, you may feel an aching pain in the evening. If you continue to exercise without addressing the underlying issue, the pain will increase and be felt throughout the activity.
This is one of the most common strain injuries and there is a number of possible causes. Here are some of them besides pure overexertion:
Foot arch structure and foot misalignment.
Intense jumping/running.
Changed and/or incorrect type of shoe.
Change of ground (indoor-outdoor, grass-gravel, snow-bare ground, soft-hard, etc.).
Too much exercise on hard surfaces.
Sharp turns and abrupt stops.

Ortolab insoles:

The built-in shock absorption of the insoles reduces the stress on the bone membrane/lower leg. Another common cause of osteomyelitis is overpronation. The dynamic support of Ortolab insoles in the foot arch can greatly reduce the harmful overpronation and improve shock absorption.
