Ortolab Individual
If you are looking for fully custom-made insoles, Ortolab Individual is the perfect choice. We scan your feet using a 3D iPad scanner, and the insoles are custom-made by Ortolab’s orthopedic technicians to perfectly match your feet. Ortolab Individual enhances comfort, reduces the risk of strain injuries, and shortens rehabilitation time if you are already injured. These insoles are specifically adapted for work and safety shoes and meet all ESD/antistatic requirements. They can also be used in your regular shoes.
Ortolab AFS Works
Insoles specifically designed for work and safety shoes, meeting all ESD/antistatic requirements. In addition to preventing various strain injuries, they also enhance comfort. AFS Works provides dynamic arch support, reinforcing the foot’s natural shock absorption without restricting its natural movement. Available in two different thicknesses and three different arch heights: high, normal, and low. They also feature a metatarsal pad for extra support to the front arch. Ortolab AFS Works can also be used in regular shoes.
Ortolab Recovery Slippers
Compatible with both Ortolab Individual and Ortolab Works Plus insoles. Designed for maximum comfort and support for your feet. Easily transfer your Ortolab insoles between Ortolab Recovery Slippers and your work shoes. Lightweight with excellent shock absorption: Heel-toe drop: 8 mm, Weight: 219 g (size 8, men’s) Durable sole: Natural rubber sole with superior grip for indoor and outdoor use. Comfortable upper: Soft and cozy, with extra-long Velcro straps to fit all foot types.

Strong results from a newly published study on workers wearing safety shoes on hard surfaces
A recent study conducted by a nationwide occupational health provider examined workers who walk 8–10 kilometers per day on hard concrete floors.
