Made in Norrland

Ortolab's insoles are manufactured in Rundvik in Västerbotten, northern Sweden. The production process uses advanced technology, orthopedic know-how and exceptional craftsmanship.

The process

Visit one of our partnered stores or book an appointment at one of Ortolab's licensed clinics. During your visit, your feet will be examined and analyzed by a specially trained orthopedic technician/physiotherapist, who also creates a model of your feet using a 3D/iPad scanner. Once the insole has been produced, it will be sheared and fitted to your shoes. After just over a week, your insoles will be ready.
