Many hip and lumbar conditions are caused by incorrect positioning of the foot. Proper centering of the feet is important as they are the foundation of the body\u2019s movements. Strain injuries due to incorrect foot alignment can cause muscle and joint pain in the knees and hips, and are a common orthopedic complaint.<\/div>\n
The incorrect positioning may be the result of an overpronation, the harmful rotation of which propagates upwards in the musculoskeletal system.<\/div>\n
